March Events: Neiman Marcus Chicago
Much to my delight, Neiman Marcus on Michigan Avenue is flying in the face of the groundhog, and filling the store with spring delights. Cushinie et Ochs, Isabel Marant, Christopher Kane, Erdem, Giambatista Valli and Acne Studios are among the new designers in house.
The renovations continue, and this phase welcomes the new look for the Precious Jewels Salon. Enjoy the one-of-a-kind pieces that can only be found here, as well as collections from Forevermark, Boucheron, Roberto Coin, Coomi, K. Bruinini, Elizabeth Locke, Marco Bicego, Staurino and Michael Johns.
Plus, there is a new Burberry Shop! The third floor location features both London and Brit Collections.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York f 2014recaps
This was an amazing season! Most interesting was that the Fall 2014 had a decidedly non-fall feel. People just are not ready to think cold weather again.
If you haven’t already had your fill from Facebook or Instagram , I’m working this weekend to catch up. Tutorials and overviews to come.
A little highlight was finding out NY Daily News had me on tape (see below) doing the geometric Opening Ceremony nails – such spectacular colors! We actually had a planogram to follow for this design from our lead. Fun challenge!

The Man is keeping me down! Old Man Winter, that is. And down away from New York. Seems the planes are having a ton of troubles keeping up with deicing. Incoming flights are getting cancelled left and right. If I actually get out today (I’ve been trying since 6:15am), I’ll have updates for you from Fashion Week. Yep, it’s that time again. Fall 2014!

After perfecting the design and increasing the performance of the most essential piece of women’s workout wear, Victoria’s Secret has created the World’s Best Sport Bras. The new lineup is available in maximum, medium or minimum support, in a variety of playful patterns and bright colors.
Fellow Angels Lily Aldridge and Lindsay Ellingson kicked off the World’s Best Sport Bras Tour in New York City and Alessandra Ambrosio will be celebrating in Los Angeles.
