Academy Awards 2014: Kelly Ripa

“When I first laid eyes on Kelly’s Roland Mouret dress and Fred Leighton Jewels, I knew she needed a look that was soft with a lot of bounce.”

 

 

 

The look was easily created by using ONLY three Dove Hair products:

 

1) Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Treatment with African Macadamia Oil to make the hair supple and reflective

 

2) Dove Oxygen Moisture Root Lift Spray at the root for soft voluminous movement

 

3) Dove Style+Care Strength & Shine Flexible Hold Hairspray to finish the look that is easy, soft and very wearable

 

Dove shares with Solessence readers how to GET THE LOOK:

 

1. After the hair is washed, warm four pumps of the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Treatment and apply to the hair to make it supple and reflective, which is super important for the red carpet.

 

2. Spray at the root the Dove Oxygen Moisture Root Lift Spray for added lift and blowdry with a small round brush to add lots of soft voluminous movement. 

 

3. Take a 1” curling iron and in small sections curl the hair away from the face. Once the it is complete, gently brush out the curls to create very loose soft waves. Then set the hair in a deep side part.

 

4. Complete the look with the Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray for a finish that is easy, soft and very wearable.
