Beauty cult favorite Yu-Be now available in the US

The scrub comes in a shower friendly tube and includes rice bran, bamboo (one of my favorite body exfoliates), green tea and…camphor.  Camphor, menthol and the like are highly loved scents in Asia and partially account for the medicinal properties of the line.  The scent is mild in the scrub, but the scrub is very scrubby.  I like really brisk scrubs, so for me this wasn’t rough, but you may want to sample first if you have sensitive skin.  This scrub is also a foaming cleanser, and I like products that pull double duty.

REPLENISH: Yu-Be Body Lotion (New)

The new Moisturizing Body Lotion is  a fluid-yet-creamy dream that comes in a large pump bottle.   The incredibly high percentage of glycerin helps to naturally replenish moisture (glycerine draws water) while depositing Vitamin E and B2.  The year round version of the original skin cream, this lightweight formula is a dream.  I found my self constantly reapplying because it just felt so good, and still I never felt greasy.  Camphor scent is more noticeable.

RESTORE: Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream

This is the original formula that started in 1957, and has since become the #1 selling in Japan.  It’s thick enough to be in a tube or larger sized jar, but remains grease free.  Great alternative to petroleum based products that don’t allow the skin to breathe.

PROTECT Yu-Be Lip Therapy (NEW)

This is the ultimate therapy balm.  Instantly sinks in, doesn’t dry out and contains no artificial ingredients.  My lips even enjoyed the camphor, which seemed soothing to their dry, cracked existence.
